Membership Information

There are two types of memberships in the sailing club, associate and public. Associate members include TIers, TI Retirees, former TIers, Contractors of TI, and employees of Raytheon, Air Liquide, DRS, and MEMC, and their immediate family members. Public members are all other members. The club can have a maximum of 25% public membership. Please refer to the TSC Bylaws for further information.

The TSC membership fee for all members is $25 for the calendar year, and must be renewed each year. There are no discounts for family membership or for joining late in the year. Associate and public members are both considered regular members and have the same boat rental privileges.

You must be a member of the club to rent our sailboats, but you do not have to be a member to attend sailing classes or take sailing lessons. Please refer to TSC Sailing Lessons for more information.

How to join the Texins Sailing Club

  1. Fill out the Membership Application below and click once on the Send Application button to e-mail it to the Membership Officer. You will automatically be added as a Texins Sailing Club E-mail List member (tscm@list.ti.com). You may delete your e-mail address, or add other e-mail addresses, to/from the List at any time using the Add or Delete Yourself function provided below.


  2. Send a check ($25) payable to: "Texins Sailing Club" to the Membership Officer by US mail or PC Drop.
